Overview: The Long Beach airport is well-situated halfway between the major business and tourism areas of both Orange and Los Angeles Counties. Currently, there are over 200 businesses located on airport property, including nearly 100 acres of mid-rise business park and hotel uses, several top-rate fixed base operators, and specialty aviation service companies, as well as Cessna Citation and Gulfstream Aerospace aircraft service centers. The three major airlines that service the Long Beach Airport are American Airlines, America West Airlines, and Jet Blue Airlines.

Facilities: The airport facilities consist of one terminal servicing the three following airlines: American, America West, and Jetblue Airlines. On the upper level there is a casual restaurant.

Transportation: Transportation options for the Long Beach Airport are going to be on-site car rental, or taxi service. The following car rental companies are available on-site: Avis, Hertz, Enterprise, Budget and National.

Parking: Parking is available at the "Park & Walk" lot on the southwest corner of Lakewood Blvd. and Donald Douglas Drive. The rate is a flat fee of $3.00/day(no prorating), and it is approximately a five-minute walk to the terminal. Acceptable methods of payment for the "Park & Walk" lot are cash and checks.
